The room was spacious and the staircase was fine. The staff were friendly and cute, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located between two U-Bahn stops, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant in the basement. The hotel even accommodated an early check-in for me. it was a small but excellent hotel.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and upscale. We loved the fact that the hotel offered services like dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and grocery shopping, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the dining table and sitting area in the room, which added to the overall comfort and convenience.
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin.

Some guests experienced issues with the heating and towel rack, which unfortunately were not addressed promptly.
