The room was spacious and the staircase was fine. The staff were friendly and cute, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located between two U-Bahn stops, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant in the basement. The hotel even accommodated an early check-in for me. it was a small but excellent hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, with two underground stations just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and upscale. We loved the fact that the hotel offered services like dry cleaning, bicycle hire, and grocery shopping, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The location of the hotel is ideal, with two metro stations nearby making it convenient to explore the city. The restaurant below, the Brooklyn Beef Club, offers incredible meat and adds to the overall experience. The rooms are tastefully designed and very comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the service at The Dude is excellent, with personalized greetings and attentive staff. The breakfast menu is well-curated, offering delicious options like eggs Benedict. the hotel provides a cozy atmosphere and a great start to the day.
Some guests experienced issues with the heating and towel rack, which unfortunately were not addressed promptly.
